Horganica items are made to order and arrive within 3–4 weeks. Rain Therapy products vary by finish and arrive within 1–6 weeks. All European deliveries require an authorized adult signature.

Returns are accepted on most unopened items within 30 days of shipment if they remain in original condition with complete packaging. Opened bidet products are final sale due to hygiene considerations. Direct European Imports are final and non-returnable except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
