Which orders qualify?

This policy applies to EU shipped items—products that are sent directly from Europe. Items stocked and shipped from U.S. warehouses are considered domestic and are not affected by import tariffs.

Current European collections include Ideavit, Horganica, and Rain Therapy. Lead times vary by brand and item size:

• Ideavit: 7–10 weeks for bathtubs and oversized vanities; 7–10 days for smaller in-stock items.
• Horganica: Made to order, typically 3–4 weeks.
• Rain Therapy: Varies by finish, generally 1–6 weeks.

What’s included—and what isn’t

• Included: Standard U.S. import duties on all EU-shipped items.
• Not included: State/local sales tax (where applicable); reconsignment or rerouting fees; storage or redelivery fees; appointment-change fees; inside delivery is not offered by Mihodo; and returns are not accepted on EU-shipped items.

FAQ

Do I pay anything extra at delivery?
No. Mihodo handles all tariffs and import fees behind the scenes, so you will never be billed for these costs. Carrier-assessed fees for optional services (e.g., reconsignment, storage, or missed-appointment redelivery) are not covered.

Does this apply to every item?
No. It applies only to EU shipped items from designated collections (e.g., Ideavit, Horganica, Rain Therapy). Items fulfilled from U.S. warehouses are treated as domestic orders and are not part of this policy.

Are returns allowed on EU-shipped items?
No—returns are not accepted on EU-shipped items. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival; any damage claims will be handled per our policies.

Is an adult signature required?
Yes. All EU shipments require an adult (18+) signature at delivery.

Why not just say “duties included”?
“Tariff-Free Pricing” makes the benefit explicit: you won’t pay import duty on top of our listed price for EU-shipped items.
