Most items ship within 2–5 business days after payment is processed. Larger pieces—like vanities and bathtubs—ship via freight and include curbside delivery. The carrier will schedule a delivery window, and an authorized adult (18+) must be present to sign the delivery receipt.

Direct European Imports (Ideavit, Horganica, Rain Therapy): In-stock items generally arrive within 7–10 days. Ideavit bathtubs and oversized vanities require 7–10 weeks. Horganica items are made to order (3–4 weeks). Rain Therapy timing varies by finish (1–6 weeks). All direct European shipments, regardless of size, require an authorized adult (18+) to be present to sign the delivery receipt.

When your order arrives, please inspect all packages and report any visible damage within 24 hours to cs@mihodo.com. We recommend waiting to schedule installation until after your item has arrived and been fully inspected.

We accept returns on most unopened items within 30 days of shipment if they’re in original condition with all packaging included. Legion Furniture returns must be requested within 7 days. Opened bidet products are final sale due to hygiene considerations. Direct European imports are final and non-returnable, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.

• Promotions such as rebates, or “buy one, get one free” deals are not eligible.
• The item must be identical and in stock on the competitor's website.
• The competitor must be an online store and may not have a retail location.
• The competitor must be an Authorized Dealer of the product in question.
• Marketplace sites, auction platforms, and discounters do not qualify (e.g., Wayfair, eBay, Overstock).
• Refunds are based on the item price plus shipping, excluding taxes.
