Material

By comparison, orders placed directly with Vanderloc or through trade professionals, such as installers and designers, take 35–40 days to build, or 30–35 days with an added expedited service fee.

Free Shipping is included with every order within the contiguous U.S. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Vanderloc products are made to order and ship approximately 25 days after payment is processed. Shipping time typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States, depending on location.

Orders ship via freight carrier and include curbside delivery. The carrier will schedule a delivery window, and an adult (18 or older) must be present to sign.

When your order arrives, please inspect all packages and report any visible damage within 24 hours to cs@mihodo.com. We recommend waiting to schedule installation until after your item has arrived and been fully inspected.

Need to make a return? We accept returns on Vanderloc products within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging materials included.
