Custom & Imported Items: For custom, made-to-order, and Direct European Import products, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order to avoid penalty. Because these items are sent to production or international procurement shortly after order placement, cancellations or modifications after this 48-hour window may no longer be possible and may result in processing charges or other costs already incurred.
Direct European Imports: Direct European Import products, including but not limited to Cinier, Foster Arredo Bagno, Horganica, Ideavit, and Rain Therapy, are custom-procured and final sale/non-returnable, except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item being delivered.
