Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel or modify your order before it ships. For customer-requested cancellations of orders totaling $1,500 or more, refunds exclude card payment processing costs incurred on the original transaction (2.9% to 3.5%). Buy-now-pay-later payment processing costs (9.9%) are excluded from refunds on all customer-requested cancellations.
Custom, Made-to-Order & Special-Order Items: Cancellation or modification requests for custom, made-to-order, or special-order items must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible once production or order processing has begun and may result in charges for costs already incurred.
Direct European Imports: Cancellation or modification requests for Direct European Imports, including but not limited to Cinier, Foster Arredo Bagno, Horganica, Ideavit, and Rain Therapy, must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Once submitted for international procurement, these items cannot be cancelled and are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item being delivered.
Freight Delivery & Damage Claims: Large items such as vanities, tubs, and toilets ship via standard freight with curbside delivery. For liability reasons, freight carriers cannot deliver to driveways, garages, inside the home, or any private areas beyond the curb. An authorized adult (18+) must be present for applicable freight deliveries and should inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Transit damage, including concealed damage discovered after delivery, must be reported to Mihodo within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and document any damage with photographs.
