Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Cancellation or modification requests for custom or made-to-order items must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible once production has begun and may result in charges for costs already incurred.
Direct European Imports: Cancellation or modification requests for Direct European Imports, including but not limited to Cinier, Foster Arredo Bagno, Horganica, Ideavit, and Rain Therapy, must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Once submitted for international procurement, these items cannot be cancelled and are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item being delivered.
