Most orders ship within 2–5 business days once payment is processed. Larger pieces—like vanities and bathtubs—ship by freight with liftgate service for safe curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window, and an adult signature (18+) is required at drop-off.

Direct European Imports (Ideavit, Horganica, Rain Therapy): In-stock items generally arrive within 7–10 days. Ideavit bathtubs and wall-mounted sinks over 48" require 7–10 weeks. Horganica items are made to order (3–4 weeks). Rain Therapy timing varies by finish (1–6 weeks). All direct European shipments, regardless of size, require an authorized adult (18+) to be present to sign the delivery receipt.

We accept returns on most unopened items within 30 days of shipment if they’re in original condition with all packaging included. Legion Furniture returns must be requested within 7 days. Opened bidet products are final sale due to hygiene considerations. Direct European imports are final and non-returnable, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.

• Refunds are calculated based on the item price plus shipping, excluding taxes and fees.
