At Mihodo, we are committed to providing exceptional value on our premium bathroom fixtures and fittings. If you find a lower price from another authorized online retailer within six months of your purchase, simply contact us and we’ll refund the difference. We want you to feel confident that your investment is protected.

Additionally, if our website offers a lower price for the same item within six months of your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference.

How to Request a Price Match:

To request a price match, simply email us with the link to the identical product on either a competitor’s site or ours. Be sure to make the request within six months of your purchase date. We'll review your request and issue a credit promptly if it qualifies.

Price Match Guarantee Terms:

✔ The item must have been purchased from Mihodo prior to submitting a price match request.
✔ Promotions such as rebates, or “buy one, get one free” deals are not eligible.
✔ The item must be identical and in stock on the competitor's website.
✔ The competitor must be an online store and may not have a retail location.
✔ The competitor must be an Authorized Dealer of the product in question.
✔ Marketplace sites, auction platforms, and discounters do not qualify (e.g., Wayfair, eBay, Overstock).
✔ Refunds are based on the item price plus shipping, excluding taxes.
