Most items ship within 2–5 business days after payment is processed. Larger pieces—like vanities and bathtubs—ship via freight and include curbside delivery. The carrier will schedule a delivery window, and an adult (18 or older) must be present to sign.

When your order arrives, please inspect all packages and report any visible damage within 24 hours to cs@mihodo.com. We recommend waiting to schedule installation until after your item has arrived and been fully inspected.

Need to make a return? We accept returns on most unopened, non-hygienic items within 30 days of shipment. Items must be in original condition with all packaging materials included. Legion Furniture products must be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Opened bidet products are final sale due to hygiene considerations.

✔ Promotions such as rebates, or “buy one, get one free” deals are not eligible.

✔ The item must be identical and in stock on the competitors website.

✔ The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.

✔ The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.

✔ Marketplace sites, auction platforms, and discounters do not qualify (e.g., eBay, Overstock, Wayfair).

✔ Refunds are based on the item price plus shipping, excluding taxes.
